1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sageloop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sageloop provides a batch evaluation platform for AI product managers to test and evaluate AI outputs at scale. The Service includes:

  • Batch generation of AI outputs from multiple scenarios
  • Rating and feedback collection tools
  • Pattern analysis and insights
  • Export capabilities for test suites

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Pricing

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise). Pricing is available on our website and may change with notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Access the Service through automated means (except approved API usage)
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Your Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (test scenarios, outputs, ratings, feedback). We do not claim ownership of your content.

6.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

6.3 Responsibility

You are responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and trademarks, is owned by Sageloop and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Your use of these providers is subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or pricing.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That defects will be corrected
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGELOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sageloop from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may export your data before termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sageloop. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
